Welcome to FLORA LUXE. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

2. Orders and Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Payment is required at time of order
  • We accept major credit cards and other specified payment methods

3. Delivery Policy

  • Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 2:00 PM
  • Delivery areas limited to greater NYC metropolitan area
  • Recipient must be available to accept delivery
  • We are not responsible for arrangements left at unattended addresses
  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Standard orders: Cancel up to 24 hours before delivery for full refund
  • Same-day orders: Cannot be cancelled once confirmed
  • Quality issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
  • Wedding/event orders subject to separate contract terms

5. Product Quality

We guarantee freshness at delivery. Due to the nature of fresh flowers:

  • Flower availability varies by season
  • We may substitute flowers of equal or greater value
  • Arrangements may differ from photos
  • Longevity depends on proper care

6. Limitation of Liability

FLORA LUXE's maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
